On Wednesday, September 24th, Red Bird will host an exclusive three-course dinner, with each dish expertly crafted to feature a different local spirit. - Course 1: Cucumber and Honeydew Salad with Mint and White Rum Vinaigrette.

- Course 2: Maple Bourbon Braised Lamb Shank with White Cheddar Grits and Pecan Horseradish Gremolata.
